Woodin is one of the four brands of the Vlisco Group. With their home base in Benin, Ivory Coast they serve their mainly West & Central African customers with own fabric and clothes designs, producing locally.
For their 23 brand stores we have developed a retail operation manual including the brand merchandise guidelines including a train the trainer program. The manual has been produced in Englisch and French.
