Wereldhave focuses on dominant midsized shopping centers in larger provincial cities in northwest continental Europe and sustainable offices in Paris. Wereldhave is responsible for the operations of 9 shopping centers throughout The Netherlands. Wereldhave's shopping centers in The Netherlands offer consumers 'convenient shopping'.
The shopping centers of Wereldhave in the Netherlands had several issues where we have helped out. One related to the improvement of the image of the shop of the tenants. Wereldhave has developed a retail support program in which oa. visual merchandising had a fixed value. Our training program consisted of a general brand and visual merchandising presentation organized in cooperation with the retailers associations. In addition we arranged for retailers the possibility to ask for an individual store scan and custom made advice regarding visual branding.
Next to the training and custom made advice we developed for 3 of the 9 shopping centers a vacancy concept. The key to the success of this concept has been the collaboration with both Wereldhave, the retailers associations and local heroes and/or local cultural institutions.
By searching for solutions that are close to the visitors general interests the implementation was not only driven by commercialism but by a common interest; ensuring a viable and interesting shopping environment that also functions as a meeting place.
